We’ve added lots of delicious new flavors recently! The italian Ice and the sorbet are both vegan friendly. All Sorbet’s are made with fresh fruit! No artificial flavors!

Manolis Ice Cream is a family-owned and operated dessert food truck serving Austin since 2018. We proudly handcraft all of our ice cream, sorbet, Italian ice, pastries, and other sweet treats right here, using only the freshest, high-quality ingredients, from our imported Colombian fruits to our Belgian chocolate. Every recipe is inspired by our Colombian roots and our passion for blending tradition with creativity, resulting in flavors you won’t find anywhere else.

Our space is more than just a dessert stop: it’s a destination. With plenty of cozy seating, shade from beautiful oak trees, twinkling string lights, and ample parking, it’s the perfect spot to relax with friends, family, and of course, your furry companions. For the little ones, we’ve added a jungle gym, lawn games, and plenty of room to play while parents unwind.
